Request for Proposals

PILP is seeking a consultant to engage in a planning and research process, that will lift up data, legal strategies, and identify opportunities to focus on systems change on the issue of ownership and control of land. The aim of this research is to help legal aid organizations across the state identify and implement strategies to help their clients afford, acquire, and/or control California’s most valuable yet exhaustible resource – its land.
