After finding out that the County was turning away GA applicants because it did not have GA program, PILP and California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. secured an historic update to San Benito County’s GA benefits regulations. In response to our advocacy,the San Benito County Board of Supervisors adopted a comprehensive update to its GA benefits regulations - following three decades of using outdated regulations.
