
PILP Is Hiring Our Next Director of Litigation & Advocacy
The Public Interest Law Project (PILP) is seeking a Director of Litigation & Advocacy to drive statewide impact litigation and strategic advocacy across California. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and lead high-impact cases, mentor a talented team of experienced advocates and litigators, and strengthen the capacity of legal services organizations serving Californians experiencing poverty.
PILP advances affordable and fair housing, access to public benefits, homelessness prevention, and civil rights in partnership with low-income communities, communities of color, and legal services organizations throughout California. The ideal candidate is an accomplished advocate and litigator, as well as a visionary and collaborative leader committed to fostering an inclusive, empowering, and high-performing work environment.
Salary range: $130,000–$145,000, with excellent benefits, including a substantial employer retirement contribution of 10%–15% of salary. Learn more and apply here.
